Oklahoma thanks to you. As you
know, I have had great success with
my real estate business since I
started using your Quantum Leap
Real Estate Success System. I went
from 72 transactions at that time
($65,000 income) to 128 the next year
($210,000). Amazingly, I nearly
doubled my business with 220 units
and 17.5 million in 2002. 2003 was
our biggest year, doing 264 units,
23.4 million, and over $640,000 GCI.
That’s nearly 10 times the income
in only 3 years! Over the last few
months I have really strengthened
some of the systems you taught me,
and already this year I am on pace for
350 transactions and over 30 million
in volume!
Even with the goals I’m setting
and the demands I’m placing on
myself, the funny thing is that I am
now working far less hours. Most
weekends I don't work. Your system
has allowed me to have more fun in
my life! I am on my second Hummer.
I just traded my old one for a new
one. I also traded my Baja for a 35ft
Fountain Powerboat. I also added two
Harleys, and just bought a 4,000 sq.
ft. home in an upscale area here in
Lawton. As I said, things are looking
pretty good.
I see myself in 3-5 years doing
350-400 units like clockwork with me
doing much less of the work and
taking more time off if I want to.
Craig, I can't thank you enough for
having your program available for
people like me to learn. I have only
implemented about half of the
things I have learned from you and
the results are staggering! I never
dreamed I could be this successful
in Real Estate in such a short time.
Not only that, but I have time every
morning to go to the gym, and I have
lost 20 pounds. I am not nearly as
stressed out and I am enjoying
every minute of my life.
As you know, I am just 26 years
old -- still somewhat wet behind the
ears -- so if I can do this, anyone with
some ambition can do it.
I can see the big picture now. The
hardest part about this program is
keeping up with all the leads. I
literally can pick who I want to do
business with.
My customer service is better
than other area agents, and that
makes me very proud. I evaluate
every aspect of the sale to make sure
we are making our people happy. This
has caused our referral business to go
through the roof. I literally get a
“come list me” every day just
because of my reputation. People I
don't even know highly recommend
me many times because they
assume I am the greatest due to the
highly effective, yet inexpensive
advertising you taught me. Thank
