We are setting up a REO department and I have filled out so many applications for the Asset Management companies. I have joined NRBA and it say do not call these companies, but I have noticed on this site I read responses that you do call these people. Can anyone give me some advise on this?
We have received several from USRES and a few from emortgagelogic. Should we call or email them or just sit back and wait? Any suggestions.
I know we have a number of BPO's here as I have a friend who works for our competitor and they receive a lot. I also worked there and I know the service they give is extremely questionable.

HMM... if you are setting up an REO department, I would focus more on companies that give listings and pay-not BPO mills that don't give listings or companies that expect freebies.

As far as calling these companies, what do you mean? We did not call companies to get signed up. The calls came to us after we signed up through various sources. We do call them now if business gets slow from themto try and get any orders they may have. Usually they don't like to be bothered.
