Well, how would I know if its good or not. i would think hearing from so me ones experience is much better than hearing it from a organization or company. That is why I came on the forum. to get feedback, etc. and help pick a web designer for my site. I really dont have the money to spend to waist. I just finished answering a thread. a Veteran on here thought I was spamming because I wanted help selecting a layout from other realtors and find out what they think.. Where is the LOVE on this forum. This is my first week here. I love forums. but never felt so unwanted before like this.. All i want is some ideas and feedback.

Thanks everyone.. I did do a search on them and I couldn't find anything. I typed in Linkurealty and I was able to find tons of websites. most of them custome made. But they looked nice. But as far as forum, I cant find any review on them at all. Which is so strange.
I am still learning about the google and search thing.
Doug can u break it down to me on what it is that I should be looking for. I found numerous of sites that they designed. I want to look for the google page rank.
Today, I learned a little about the Spider from Godaddy, when i brought my domain from them. I remember u saying something earlier in another thread about spiders etc.
Can anyone shot out any web designers that is recommended. I only have like 599 to spend.
I brought 2 domains today. One is my name and the other is a trendy domain

I would like to use my site with the search engines. i plan on getting a SEO maybe a few months after my web page and keep up on it, Hoping to learn a few things about it in middle. I was going to select the Pro semi custom, I wonder if that has the page 1 etc. i have to figure out how u did that.
Are there any other designers on here that every recommend. I saw agent image, but they were very pricey, but there sites looks really nice.

Doug hit it right on the money. Be diligent in researching any potential vendors, regardless of how legitimate they may seem. Don't learn the hard way, after wasting time and money, that the services provided are not what you expected. Totally agree with this. Too many people too much money on horrible services that don't produce results.

Learn SEO yourself, don't rely on overpriced services of questionable vendors. I agree with this to an extent. But remember, agents make money from selling houses, not from understanding SEO. Learn enough, but do not spend countless hours figuring out SEO -- it's a massively complex topic to learn in depth. If I was an agent, I'd find someone reputable to manage tech/SEO for me and worry about selling houses. That's just my 2 cents though

When it comes to a website, worry about whether the site will convert traffic to leads. It's a mistake to get a "designer" to build a pretty website for you if it doesn't "work". It needs to give consumers what they want - a clean search interface, market data, what their home is worth - and have great conversion tools built in.

I could tell a designer did the SEO on their site :D
Never heard of them, but their site navigation is quite confusing. It seems that they offer website building services?

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
