I am a real estate virtual assistant, and I am currently talking to a prospect who wants to start using my services to help her with lead management. I said that one important thing to do is get a quality contact management systems such as Top Producer.
I like Top Producer a lot. But, it is not for everyone. I wanted to share with her some other types of contact managers similar to Top Producer, and I wanted to get info from those who have experience using these systems.
Do any of you know of, or have you used, a contact manager aside from TP, that you liked a lot? I just want to give her something to choose from. I work with a lot of Keller Williams agents, so a lot of them use Top Producer. I would love to learn of some more. Please share!

I am new to the forum, and I am looking for advertising help for mags and papers, but I have been using realestate.com's CRM tool, which is way easier to use than top producer's. I have been in RE for 2 years, and an older agent I worked with was complaining about the same thing.

My friend works for re.com, and we were talking about theirs one day, and I signed up and it works very well for me. Otherwise I have heard agent office is okay as well.

If you need my friend's contact info, I can shoot it to you.

PS the agent switched away from TP and is now using the re.com one.
