Hi,
Does anyone know of a great email drip system? I am looking for a drip system for potential buyers that is pre-written.

What do you guys think of a pre-written drip system? Do you think it is better to write your own drip system?

If you know of a couple great systems, please let me know? I would love to look at a couple of email drip systems before making a final decision.

Thanks for your help.
I hope you have a great week.

Have you heard of Rainmaker? (www.rainmakerecentral.com) It is the best I have found that has pre-written templates. There are a TON of letters and categories to choose from. I highly recommend it - it is a little pricey though, about $78 per month I think. Some of my clients use it, and they like the results that they get. If you can afford that much per month, it is worth every penny. I have a temporary user name and password you can use, but I can't post it on the board. Just shoot me an email if you want to know more. I dont sell Rainmaker or anything so dont be scared \:\) I am a virtual assistant so I try to help realtors make decisions about what would help them best.
The other one that I am researching is http://www.netrealcampaigns.com I dont know much about it, but I know that it is cheaper. I am not even sure if they have pre-written sources or not, but I am thinking so. If you want to sign up, they give you a 30 day free trial, so check it out.
Hope this helps
Thanks
Nancy

Another source that is good and much cheaper than most is http://www.aweber.com - This is not a real estate specific system, but it is cheap and works really well for any drip campaign.

Try Intersend(intersend.com). They have a great lead generation and drip campaign system with well worded pre-written letters. They also have a referral program in which you get 1 month free from your referrals.

I recommend http://www.intersend.com or maybe you should evaluate your MLS program. Most will have a drip system that will handle your needs. You should also remember to tweak all letters to match your personality.

I've been using http://contact29.com for drip email for a while now. There's a few pre-written campaigns but you can just add your own if you want more. It's also the least expensive one around.
