I'm starting a team at Keller Williams, before I open a brokerage, so wanted to see what the options were. I heard it's tough to pay more than 50% because of costs.
I want the agents to totally focus on clients, so will have my team handle transaction coordination and initial lead response. I can also do a flat transaction fee if that works better.

You can look him up in the KW directory, I think he does 45% to the agent, 5% to the licensed inside sales person who follows up on leads, and then the rest goes to overhead, lead generation and profit.
