i am currently an agent in nyc for just under a year. i am relocating to FL and i couldnt find any info online about possibility of waiving the typical pre-broker-licensing since i already have a masters in real estate from nyu. anyone know about that or where 2 find that info online? which do i have to take, the class anyway, the test, or both, or what? heck i'm wondering if i might as well go to law school and get it over with indefinitely. speaking of which does anyone here know of good, affordable (ie, state) law schools in north to central florida? (i am open to relocating anywhere between the triangle formed between jacksonville, tampa, and west palm/ft lauderdale).

If you're considering central FL you have to look into Ocala. For better or worse it will grow to be the size of Orlando in the next 15 years.
