It really depends on your market & you. You can make a million dollars your first year if you want to..seriously

Yes, run from this business..sorry but that is the truth. This business is about people & meeting people. Your income & success hinges on your ability to meet & interact w/ people.

I guess if you don't have any knowledge, experience or social skills you can still make great money with some good contacts. One good buyer in the millions could set you up long enough to gain some experience. Lord knows we have tons of these kinds of agents with attitudes running around.
