Just curious, always wondered this since I have been in real estate (not sure why). Does anyone know what those brokers get paid who work at large Re/Max, KW and Coldwell Banker offices?

Are you talking managing broker... or just broker/associate?

Managing brokers generally earn a competitive base salary, plus benefits, plus bonus on office profitablity.

Don't know about broker/associates on salary.

In San Luis Obispo there was recently an opening for a managing broker at Coldwell Banker, they were offering $60,000 plus insurance. Try looking on Monster or one of those sites.

60,000$ I would think it would be more than that, and yes, managing broker is what i am referring too

I bet a lot of brokers are partners/members in the business.

At my previous company, there was no salary (except at the smaller offices, and then it was a pitiful "base" kind of thing). The managing broker got a percentage of sales - period. The broker at the number one office was literally rolling in dough and happy as pie. I liked the idea because the broker then becomes VERY interested in helping the agents succeed. (Also were non-competing as well).
