I'm always interested in entertaining business opportunities.

I own a mortgage company and have been considering checking into starting a RE division.

Yeah. I gotta say that the initial sniff test on this is reading a bit brownish to me.

However, having said that, if someone did want to "use" your license, it seems like you could organize it in a way that does not open up any more liability than normal.

But if I were to do something like this, it would be with someone I already have a relationship with, who I had some history with and who I could actually oversee on occasion.

A solicitation like this would get filed away with the pharmaceutical and penis enlargement offers.

Wow, talk about negative minded people. I have some of the most visited investment real estate websites on the web pulling in thousands of investors a day but I don't have a real estate license… I just sell leads right out and I probably make more then all the hacks making negative comments on this forum combined. If any of you had half a business sense you would see this as an HUGE opportunity to make some cash and become part of something big but you are all small time and my guess is you will remain that way with your attitudes. And yes I know you're all small time based off your web traffic…

Again, none of you will ever be on my level and most of you are twice my age – your pathetic. Now go back to open houses and boring work for a chump change... Keep posting on forums with other pathetic people in hoping to grab a handful of leads or referrals or that free link on your sig that might bump your site to the 5th page of Google for your city’s keywords.

www.NeighborhoodCompanyRealtors.com = PR 0 with no rankings and built by a 4th grader. (Maybe you should throw in more words in your domain- I think domains that are 60+ characters long are really easy to remember)

http://www.soldbyrobert.com - No traffic - cheesy as hell design…There are so many coding errors in this site its laughable….

By the way, I have found a partner with a license so you can all say what you want and have a little bitch fest...

Hey, we've heard it all before: unlimited leads, make millions, etc. What you are peddling is nothing new, and frankly, we're all tired of it. We all gets dozens of these emails each week already.

Furthermore, your attempt to solicit the hard-earned license of people whom you don't even know is particularly disturbing. Why would a broker who probably has years of business experience and education risk it all on you? This would open you and particularly the unlucky broker to untold liablility should something go wrong. Save it for the late-night infomercial, make-a-quick-buck crowd. We're not interested.

By the way, since you like to critique our websites, what are the links to yours - those which are supposedly the "most visited?"
