does anyone know of any real estate/loan officer training videos i can purchase for my agents? I am sure there is a company out there that has pre-recorded training tapes for agents, i just cant seem to find one. Not necessarily for new agents,but experienced ones as well

We use Brian Buffini's 100 Days to Greatness program and love it. It is for both mortgage and real estate industry. I think it was about $1,000/year for the license, and you fly out to San Diego for a few days to get certified as a mentor/trainer. Then it is about $400 per agent- but that includes 3 months of marketing materials.
