The technology looks incredible. Has anyone looked into this? Would your agents use this if you implemented it to your company?

We use SureClose. I love having a paperless office.

As of Jan.1 2007 our board went paperless. As an office, we started early 2006 and really embrace the change. It makes life easier for everyone involved in real estate.

Our office is still in the dark ages, everything is on paper and is faxed between agents. My question is about the paperless software programs. We use state issued contracts. Do we download them into the software package or how does that work? I know its kind of a dumb question. Thanks for your help.

In my location and the company I work for, the Title Co. is the sponsor. However, the CTME Website Co. provides the service on a large scale, 400+ agent office (KW office in my area) and training for less than $2 p/mo p/agent. You might want to inquire about this in your location.

What has been everyone's experience in getting other agents to use your paperless office program?

Since there is no standad platform there must be an easier way than to use all of them. You might like sureclose but another agent across town wants you to use settlement room. Then another one might prefer ctmecontracts.com.

There has to be a better way as soon there will be even more vendors.

So SureClose can not only handle paperless listings/contracts, but closing as well? Sounds great. Would love to setup a new paperless office myself. Anyone else have any feedback on Sureclose or VREO?

Would like to use with a tablet/slate PC.
