For those of you who are experienced in on-site sales, builder representation, etc.; do you know of any books or programs that are focused on new homes?
I am looking for any information.
Thanks!

What exactly are you trying to focus on or what information are you trying to get?
There is a Certified New Home Specialist designation

Poppycock! I primarily represent new home subdivisions, and visit the competition often. At a higher price point, most new home sales people are 40+. While well groomed and dressed, they aren't moonlighting till Hollywood calls. Actually, Playboy types are a negative in this sell. No woman building a multimillion dollar home wants her husband spending too much time during construction with a bunny type. One of my developers had a blonde bimpo for a year and sold almost nothing. I started and sold the subdivision out since March.

I would add that since there is usually a woman involved in the decision, and that woman had better LIKE the salesperson, bunny types wouldn't be a good idea.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
