cmejiapham Junior Member Registered: 02/15/07 Posts: 4 Loc: Fremont, California	Hi everyone!! I am trying to help out my client. He would like to refinance his property in vegas. I am having a difficult time trying to find a lender that would work with his scenario. His fico 620, is there a lender out there that would go 100% ltv?
