Good morning,
I'm a new member here. I don't know if this is bad or good to introduce myself to you. My name is Ron Garraud and I'm the designated broker at Northeastern Realtors LLC, a licensed real estate brokerage company based in Massachustts. I'm reponsible to all aspects of real estate transaction inside NER, including helping an agent taking a transaction from the initial brokerage agreement through the closing.
Since I'm a network and system engineer, I am also responsible to manage and upgrade NER's application systems to meet NER's business needs.
As are most people, I am uncomfortable with praise. It is embarrassing to be the subject of a string of complimentary remarks. I have achieved successes - and expect to achieve considerabley more - but remind myself that I could not have accomplished anything without the help of my top-quality colleagues, my friends and family who helped me.
There is plenty of credit to go around, especially to the Lord, who had to have arranged the circumstances and given all of us the abilities to do our work. Through the years, I have come to realize that God has given me not only the natural gifts of an Realtor but also the sensitivity to do the right things for others.
As you can see, the NER website begins with the inspiring words *" Under all is the land"*. These words clearly convey the immense and all-encompassing nature of our real estate calling. Land is the foundation of many aspects of society, both the basics of food and shelter, and the more sophisticated aspects of economy and prosperity. Truly, our Real Estate office is going to deal in one of society's most important commodities. Because of the aspect of this calling, I expect our future NERers to live by the Golden Rule, *"Whatsoever ye would that others should do to you, do ye even so to them".
