What do you like to ask agents in an interview? I'm trying to put together a form for me to fill out as I interview agents. Other than job history, how long they've been in the area, and income needs, how much time they expect to devote to thier career... what are some questions you would like answered? I'll be happy to share the form once I get it typed up. Thanks!

Your going to want to know about some of the things that will really effect their ability to flourish.

Ask about their organizational skills. How do they seem them organizing their efforts.

Have they ever worked independently before? If so, what did they do?

I have not had to "interview" an agent for a long time but I usually tried to evolve it into a fluid conversation about their expectations, what they thought they needed to do to succeed, etc. That way I was in a better position to see if they were being realistic or not and provide a little nudge back to reality.
