Hi Everyone,
I just started a new real estate company in California. I want to target only experienced agents with 2+ more years experience. I am hoping that by having only experienced agents I can allow them to keep 100% of their commission and just have a small transaction fee for every transaction they complete. In doing so, I would like to know what other brokers have done in the past to recruit agents. What have you done that has worked, and not worked. Thanks for your insight!
