In my offce I require the agents to close 2 sides. Once they have (Investment or not) then I charge them 750 per transaction on their investment sides. It has worked and the agents haven't complained about the fee.
My agents often elect to waive their listing agent side and I take 1% for the office plus whatever they offer the buyer's agent (no less than 2.5%) but of course every office policy is different.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
