i did a search already, and found a few of you how said you like Top Producer and Agent Office, but I am looking for a good system designed for a broker that can handle a growing office with every aspect of real estate. anyone have a good software that you use, or have heard of anything that works well? i have looked online, but every company says how great they are, and i would rather have a recommendation from someone who has used it first hand. thanks ahead of time.

You might look at an intranet if back office stuff is your objective. One customized for real estate at this link.

just use relay transaction management software, the above is pricey. Relay was developed by NAR and is practically free through most realtor associations

Have you looked into Lucero Summit software? I do not have it, and have never used it, but I have looked into it with great depth, and it looks to be very user friendly.

Some may consider it to be pretty pricey, but it looks like it can handle all aspects of a growing RE office.

Lucero is used in our office - however, I must stress that any software is only as good as the person who inputs the info. If properly utilized, Lucero would be great.
