I am getting licensed in California but we are moving to Colorado at the begining of next year. I do know that Colorado has a higher number of hours for schooling but will the classes and number of hours that I will have from here count towards my licensing in Colorado? Also Hello I have seen a few people in here from Colorado. How is the state (I am moving to Colorado springs area)
Oh yea and if anyone knows what part of the tests will I have to retake?

Check the Colorado Department of Real Estate webpage. I know here in Arizona, if the AZ Dept of Real Estate approves, you only have to do 27 hours of classes. Perhaps it's something similar there.
