If you are using a PDA (Palm or the Windows PDA OS), you can find tons of apps that will run on those that will do all sorts of real estate calculations for you in an easy way. You can even then send the results of some calculations to someone elses device (phone, PDA, etc.) as a text document. So lets say you calculate out a mortgage payment then amortize it out - you can send all that info to your clients device... cool stuff.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
