Good afternoon, the reason I am here today is Im going around the neighborhood giving homeowners some info on the area you live. I have a folder with some info on the area and our company. I am not here today to sell anything just to ask you to consider letting us have a chance to sit down with you and tell you how we can sell your home if you ever decide to sell.

I always tell people that I know most homeowners want to know what the home down the street sold for and that I have that information.

That usually gets me in the door of the people who have real estate on their mind.
