Well, I got the application, got my fingerprints done, and everything's completed and ready for submission! Only question I had: can you submit and fold the application into a regular envelope (letter-sized) or do you have to use an 8.5 x 11 envelope?

Can you submit a photocopy of your transcript for Real Estate Principles or not? I don't see any mention of whether or not that's acceptable.

Thanks! It was totally nerve-wracking for me to wait for my exam results- I was checking the DRE web site about 5+ times per day. Now I'll probably be checking it 10+ times per day waiting for the issuance of my license. I have no criminal infractions (just one minor parking ticket EVER) on my record! Whoo-hoo!

I've been interviewing several different brokerages- a lot of them have great things about their offices. I'm seriously considering Century 21 due to their great training and support for new agents. I'm still working on making a decision at this point, though. I want to make sure the brokerage I choose is going to be one that I will be proud of working at - there's nothing worse than discovering that an office you chose sucks.
