I took the AMP exam in Lilburn, GA and I passed the first time with a score of 88. I tell everyone the same thing. DO NOT TRY TO MEMORIZE. I learned the material and thoroughly understand the concepts and the reasons why certain practices are in place. This is why they make the test where you have to choose the most complete correct answer.
I didn't use any flash cards or study materials. I took every term and keyword and applied it to a real life situation so that it would help me to remember the concept completely.
Pay extra attention to financing, know how to calculate closing costs and calculating the different appraisal approaches and of course Georgia License Law.
I used the "Real Estate Dynamics book".
