It can vary depending on many, many factors. I'm assuming you have a listing?
A few factors include.. list price, location, market conditions, property condition, etc..
If you don't have any listings yet & are trying to find buyers.. Are you with a franchise? Do you have floor duty? What type of self promotion have you done? Have you worked your SOI (Sphere of Influence)?
In many areas, the market is down and sales are slow(ing). If you are newly in the business, you may want to explore the possibility of partnering with another associate for some experience and leads. Also, ask if you can hold open houses for other agents in your office.
