Exit and Keller Williams both use recruiting residuals as a point of differentiation.
The primary difference is that Keller Williams is multi-level while Exit is single level.
To be blunt, people generally make money through selling real estate, not marginal compensation systems (I know there are exceptions --- but they are rare).
My recommendation is to focus on finding a company with the right atmosphere & tools. You need good training, ongoing mentoring and someone who will push you. Those are questions of culture and commitment.
Also, look for good marketing tools, lead development, and consider the opportunity for niche business (relocation, REO, property management, new construction, etc.).
