Can anybody out there tell me if the contact database that Real Living provides is any good, and what it is like compared to Top Producer?

I own a Real Living franchise in Austin Texas.(KW headquarters) For those who don't know about RL--they are the 23rd fastest growing franchise, the company started more than 50 years ago(started franchising in 2002) and are the #1 company in the US for the # of closed transactions per agent and the #4 for the number of closed transactions. They have state of the art technology and are growing rapidly. I looked for more than 5 years for a franchise to hang my hat with--our official launch is October 10th.

As to your question--the contact database is not as robust as Top Producer but the whole system is more user friendly. I hear from the top that mega upgrades are coming in the next 6-8 months. The company is constantly releasing new technology monthly so I have no doubt that it will be released soon and like all their other technology--it will be apparent that real estate agents actually had input in building it. The system they have is very sufficient for most agents-

Thanks glitzchic! I am a new agent (just finished my classes, will be taking the test soon) looking to join. I am pretty sure at this point that I will be going with Real Living. They are growing pretty quickly in my area and there is a lot to like about them.

You are in for a treat--the company is really--in my opinion and I am biased--the very best company out there. The technology will blow you away and if you embrace it and use it--you will blow your competition away and it will make you look like you've been in real estate for a long time. RL is #1 in the US for the number of closed transactions per agent---huge statistic!
