He didnt share any info with me regarding compensation/split systems. I assume its his policy to wait for a face to face meeting for that. If I was to guess based on similar work situations, Its probably a 50/50 split operation. If its much less than that, Ill go independent since Ill have a broker license instead of salespersons.
