Most new agents are led to believe the way to get started is to set up a Farm. Yes, but how do you know how to go about it, when you know nothing about selling real estate.....so my advice is for you to work in a multiple whereby you can visit at least 5 listed homes ever day. Within a month you will have built an eventory of buyers, and sellers, and listing. In that mix of 100 homes you will be amazed to find what goes on behind closed doors. And keep an open mind, attached to nothing. Be not offended at what you see, hear, touch, feel, or smell. ---That kept me in the business for 43 years.
