I have searched the web trying to purchase pre-designed flyers that I can just pop photos of my listings into to create flyers. (ie. just listed , sold, sold in your neighborhood, etc.) Preferably they should be cretaed in some Microsoft software, Word, Publisher, etc. I just want the templates that I can them change to my needs. Is anyone aware of company that sells these? Most everything out there is second rate that I have found.

Why don't you just go onto Microsoft Office Online and download some of their Real Estate Flyers? They are FREE and some of them look nice. They make them for Publisher, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
