Hi everybody. Since the first year is crucial on wether a new agent will sink or swim, I wanted to ask which (if any) brokerage firms SPECIFICALLY in Southern California charge no or low office fees. Of course this means the com. split won't be that great but an agent can alway's find a better situation later on down the road after you know you can survive in the game.
