My advice is to find a company (whatever brand) that has a good new agent training program. A task driven program with accountability is best. Having a mentoring program has fast tracked many of many agents.
Real estate agents should are here to facilitate the buying and selling of real estate. If you want to build a "profit sharing" team then join Tupperware or Amway.
Thanks, I've only been around for about a year and therefore am pretty "new" too. But I was far more naive in the beginning. New people really desrve to be properly warned about certain pitfalls.
