Iam getting my licence hopefully on the 7 of december and will be up and running in Jan.

I live on a isolated island in BC and my broker is a ferry ride and two hour drive away from here.

I was thinking if anyone would be intrested in joining up in a notional sales team. A internet only team all diffrent geographic areas. The rational for the team would be to push each other, brain storm and compete against each other for notional prices. Daily market up dates like AA just for salesaholics.

It would not be on a public forum.

Idealy it would be of a positive mentality no negative vibs.

Justs an ideal.

So much about sales is posivive attitude. When I worked in this one car lot we used to have daily contest. Not sales but contests to build moral. Like for instance the first one of the day to get a customer sitting in the back seat of a compact car. It was really training on how to lead the sale instead of just getting lead around by the customer. It was a great way to learn salesmanship.

I think we could do the same sort of things on line. An example a picture of customer in a shower or bath tub with cloths on of course. All in the name of learning and selling and having a LOL. It is one of the problems with RE your own your own. In a car lot their are allways 10 other salesman proding, kabitzing and LOL.

I am proposing we have monthly grand prises like virtual superbowl tickets trips to Europe.

Sales is like golf you are really playing against yourself but who want to golf alown.

If we get about 10 people in the pool or game it would be fun and motivational.

just another thought on the contest game team ideal

It could be a weekly contest every week another team menber would set up and score the contest and it would evolve from there.

This could be week one's contest it could have 5 parts this is just and example;

1 Name the top gun in your arean and 5 of thier top reasons for being top gun

2 As said ealier the shower picture

3 A refrence letter dated this week

4 a new piece of origional web content

5 sending out a press relise on a real estate issue

These are just examples it would be up to the chair person of the week to come up with the contest for that week. It could be scored saterday morning or whenever.

It would stimulate the brain and get you out of your comfort zone and promote salesmanship.

We would work within the code of ethics and use good sportmanship as the guiding rules.

It's getting to sound a little odd.

I am just shooting out ideal len.

You should have some living in the gamming capital of the world.

The Great Real Estate Agent Challenge

Its a weekly contest three part contest.

situation

mission

execution


You have to state your situation; in regards to your market where you fit in and who is the best in your area or office and why. Why arnt you the top gun in your area.

You have to come up with your weekly mission statment; like I am going to get two new listing or rent two appartments or sell one listing etc...


You have to state your action plan for that week as to how you are going to meet your objectives;
like I am going to call 40 old leeds, meet 10 new people at a lunchon on wensday etc...

So on let say monday morning anyone in the contest will sends me a private message saying their weekly out line and by sunday at 8 pm you have to send in your results wether you hit your targets or not. I will score the results in each catagory 1 - 10.

There will also be one weekly bonus task that you have to do to get bonus points.

so if your into this game send me a pvt message and we will get the game rolling soon.
