I would like to get my RE license to do BPOs in Missouri. Ive done them before, just as an assistant for someone else. But now, Im looking to do my own.

Ive heard that there are 'Flat Fee'(?) brokerages that offer to hold your license for 30-100$ per month. My question is, first, does anyone know of any in MO? And second, what other fees do I need to consider having to pay, and approximately how much will they be? Ive heard that E&O insurance is typically covered by the broker. But it probably depends on the broker.
