I'm in AZ, passed on the first time, and didn't use anything except my school text book. I wrote all of the key terms (about 200) on index cards with the definitions on the back and studied them back and forth. First i'd look at the term and give the definition, then the next time through i'd read the definition and try to give the term.
I also made sure I knew every practice question in the back of the text book, I think there were about 300.
I'm also really good at the math so I didn't have to study anything math related except some terms.

Hi, I'm trying to acquire my real estate license for the state of Georgia. I've already taken the exam twice, and failed both times. So I am here asking those that passed for advice on how and what to study to help me pass this exam. Is there a certain method that helped you, or what specific kinds of materials (books, videos, etc) did you use?
I really want to pass this test this time, even if I have to pay someone to take the test for me, I will be more than happy to pay, to get that licence. I have to drive at least 2 hours to take the test. I am a very busy person, so I need as much advice as I can get to help me pass this time.

Tarbell gave me a CD for my computer that had 10 150 question tests on it and after each one would give you a score. As long as you were averaging 90% or better on every test it was impossible to fail. I saw some of the EXACT same questions on the test. I was done in 2 hours.

I took principles, practice, finance and law at a local community college. Passed the 1st time and thought it was easy.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
