Well I am pretty much on my own now.
My daughter is away in college, my husband and I have been separated for 2 1/2 years.
The only that's preventing me from working in this field full time has much to do with working for AT&T 7:30-4:30. So I guess I will start by doing open houses first. I am still searching for a broker to work under.

Are you a "go-getter" sales person or more of a "facilitator"?


If you are the aggressive sales type, go with a Mike Ferry broker. If you prefer to work with referrals and help people you know, I'd recommend a Brian Buffini broker.
