I desperately need assistance.

I started an in home business in January of 2006 finding buyers and sellers of real estate

notes.

I get a finders fee. As of this date I have never received any money but

may be in the near future. As I have progressed in 2006, I have come

in contact with important people who buy and sell big real estate, all around the world

pricing up into the billions of dollars (not notes but actual real estate).

As a finder of the sellers and buyers for such real estate, I

again will get a finders fee of a significant amount. Again, this is not only in

the USA but all around the world.

I need to know if and what type of license is required to legally work with properties

around the world and to accept these fees? Also, is there a simple way of doing this

without having to spend another year just getting qualified as a sales agent or broker or real estate agent under another agent or broker?

Remember, I only assist in getting people together, I don’t do any paperwork or anything else.

I want to do everything legal so your response is very important.

Sounds like a question for a Lawyer, not a RE agent. Got any leads in Dayton Ohio though?

I found out for the State Department of Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulations that unless I am directly selling properties that I do not need a license.

In Ohio you need to be a Broker to get paid on a sale or referal. I have a link to the new letter that it featured in. The state just fined a Ca person 56,000.00 for charging for referals without being a broker in his state.
