Hello everybody-
I'm located in Bucks County area in PA and I just passed my exam and now signed up with the broker.

For those of you who didn't take the exam yet, here's the word of wisdom. STUDY!!! You have to study if you want to pass it. Take all the exams you can. Read as much as possible. But make sure that you study until the last minute before taking the exam.

I passed both state and national the first time and I truly believe that it's because of PSI exam online. That exam costs $25, but worth every penny.

Other than that, I'm new. Don't have any clients yet, as I just signed with the broker yesterday. I do have a web site http://www.ePhiladelphiaRealEstate.com and currently in the process of obtaining business cards. I'm trying to take it one day at a time, but want to make sure that every day I move forward.

Those of you who are currently studying and those who are ready to take the exam, just make sure you study. I'm a novice and this is my first post on this site and I really hope that I can be a part of this community for a very long time.

Take care everybody.

Good luck, Russell. I am originally from PA, Westmoreland County, but now I live in the Big Easy and L O V E it. I am new also and need to remember to take one day at a time instead of worrying about what may or may not happen next week. Thanks for reminding me. I hope you are very successful and don't miss the NAR conferance in NOLA this year. This is like no place on earth, and you will have a blast. There are even tons of things to do for families if you are not into the Bourbon Street every night thing.

It's a huge task to get the name out there, but it's possible. So in the beginning, I'll be concentrating on marketing myself and my website. My business cards should be in next week and that will give me some type of marketing materials to use. It's been a long road so far, but every day, I'm trying to accomplish more and more.

Have fun at the BIG EASY and I hope you enjoy the NAR conference, because I really wanted to go, but just can't find the time for it. Perhaps, next time I'll have more flexibility in my schedule.

High Russell, I would like to add you to my database so if i find someone going to move your way, i can refer them to you. Congratulations on your new adventure. I started two years ago, and love it. I got into it from having invested in real estate. I much like the sales end of it, not investing in it.

Kenneth-
I just added you to my database and I also sent you a separate email from Point2Agent site. I'd like to hear from other agents and find out how they got started. What type of marketing they did and what works and what doesn't.

Thanks
