Ok folks, I have decided it is time to put it all out there.

On this forum, I have tried to operate completely in the light of day. You know what I look like, where I live, what I am currently up to, how to get in touch with me. I have not been anonymous in any way.

I have also been willing to offer lots of advice here on how to build your career as a real estate agent. It seems only fair then, that when I start to do so myself, I share that with you all.

As most of you know, I am on sabbatical in London, England right now. I have been here for a year and I will be here for another year. For all intents and purposes, I will be starting from scratch when I get back to my home town of Morgan Hill.

In preparation for that, I am already doing things now to be ready for getting my business rolling.

To track that progress, I have created a video blog on youtube.com where I will post (as often as makes sense), discussions about what I am up to in the effort to prepare for and build my business.

Now, I have decided to make this blog private. So if you want to view it, you need to be on my friends list. I imagine what that means is that you need to create a logon for youtube, then join my friends list. Never actually done it, but I imagine its all pretty straight forward.

I posted the first video today. It's just sort of a what, why, who kind of thing about the whole idea. But as I think of things, I will post them.
