Although, I've never sold real estate and hadn't thought about selling commercial real estate until a friend of mine suggested doing so when I mentioned I was about to make a career change. I've been a professional salesman for many years and understand and am experienced in longterm sales, contract negotiations and big ticket sales.
So, what do the folks reading this have for advice? I understand the need for a real estate license and a financial boost during my start-up period.
I've been told that if one works hard daily and learns the business, one can be successful. The friend mentioned above is willing to be my sponsoring agent and will hire me.
