why is it every post that anyone asks about anything even remotely related to brokers you always turn to a sales pitch for Keller Williams. I am sure it's a great company but enough already. we got the message.

Thank you for the response, but considering I was asking about Zip Realty and no one told me anything about them. I am thiking you do not no anything about this company. So can you stop responding to this, unless you have some info for me.

BSTRS74, do a "search" on this site under "search all open forums" for "zip realty" and you will see a number (31?) of responses.
There have been less than a handfull of agents on this forum who have worked there to the best of my recollection, so info. to your liking might be skimpy.

Keller Williams is a great company. If others knew about our company, they would see the value.

If you are in Ga (it doesn't say in your post) Solid Source Realty is an awesome 100 percent company.100 percent commission and dues of 45.00 a month.300 trans fee each closing.

Most 100 percent companies really are bare bones and don't offer much this one is different.

In my area, Zip Realty is one of the top 5 real estate agencies in the state of Mass. There is only one office, from what I see. I think you should find out what they have to offer you. I heard they pay well, but they also refund 20% of the commission back to their clients. I am NOT positive.. Check it out.

The topic is Zip Realty. If you don't have something constructive and on topic regarding Zip, you can contribute to several threads on KW.

This helps the discussions maintain "Integrity" which is pretty important to a Real Estate Franchise system not being discussed on this thread.

As a former Zip Agent here in SoCal, I can only say, you will find the good,the bad, and the fugly at Zip.

The bad:The commission structure before I left
dipped down to around 23% (net). The mgr. was
scattered, and the leads were only fair at best.

The good:You will learn a ton about internet leads, which you can take with you when you leave in 2-3 years.

The fugly:You never really tap in to your own
entrepreneurial spirit...it becomes dormant and hard to find. This really works against you after you have left the Co. and venture out on your own.

I interviewed with them here in Atlanta and decided to stay put. They claimed that the number of leads that they provided through their internet system were more than enough to offset their relatively small commissions per transaction. Instead, I built my own site to generate leads because I left big corporate to be an entrepreneur.
