... get the Floyd Wickman 101 set.

I was lucky enough to take the STARMAKER class when it was still his and WOW.

You learn some AMAZING stuff. The 101 set is only a couple hundred dollars also, such after your first sale order the set!

There are some really great training programs out there. I don't have personal experience w/ that one but I'm sure it's great. I do like a lot of what he has to say.

Any new agent can really benefit from investing in training products & IMPLEMENTING the techniques. New agents often try to recreate the wheel instead of listening & following what those before them have already learned.

I'm not familiar with that program. But I want to add that a new agent should try out several different training programs, see which one suits his/her own personality the best.... Tweak it a little to make it feel natural.

I agree with Tanya about IMPLEMENTING. It's easy to read and study. It's the DOING that makes the wheels turn.... We can talk and read all day.

This was my own problem at first. I knew it ALL! but did NOTHING.
