Successone- You mean studying for the test + taking it or since I sent in the application? If you mean since I sent in the application- Took a little over a month. I ended up calling in as I hadn't seen anything on the DRE web site and it was past the recommended time frame. Turns out somehow or other my payment form was not in the application packet (which it was - I know it was because I went over it 10 times before I sent it in). Anyhow, I provided payment over the phone and had my license since they had completed the background check already.
