Hello! I am still in school, preparing for the RE exam. While I am not in the process of looking for a broker, I am thinking in that direction.
Has anyone heard of Envirian? I checked out their website, and it looks interesting.

I struck up a conversation with a lady at the grocery store. She was wearing a DR Horton t-shirt, and I inquired about that. We talked about real estate for a bit, and she gave me her husband's business card. This is the ONLY exposure I've had to this company. I intend to e-mail the agent whose card I received and ask him some questions, but I thought I'd post and see if anyone has some more, perhaps unbiased, information. I am in the Austin/Round Rock area. TIA!
