In our office we are considering having each agent pay for their own lock boxes. Currently our MLS had paid for them and each office got an allotment. The MLS kept running out and now each office has to buy their own. So our broker is thinking about each agent paying for their own through the office. Some offices will buy them from the MLS and rent/lease them to their agents. Like I said, our office is thinking of each office buying their own. I am wondering if anyone has any ideas as to where an agent might go to look for used lock boxes. I tried ebay but, did not get too far. Please let me know if you have any ideas.
