I am taking my test in March and was told by many people to start advertising ASAP. I am very interested in making a personal website. I have also been told that only very successful agents actually need websites. I was doing some research and Yahoo! seems to be a good place to start. If I were to make a website I haven;t a clue what a good domain name would be. How do people mainly pick and effective domain name?

First, you need to learn a lot more than how to choose a domain name to keep from spinning your wheels with a useless web site. If you want your site to actually generate business, the domain name is only a tiny portion of your considerations.

I have a specific recommendation for the best way to accomplish this, but will only give it to you off-list (not selling anything).
