I've been reading these forums (and the archives) for a couple of months now and almost feel like I know some of you regular contributors.

Yesterday I passed the exam for my North Carolina "provisional" broker's license and I'm now ready to start my brokerage search. I believe that the info I've gleaned from this site puts me far ahead of where I would have otherwise been in making this crucial choice. So, thanks for such a valuable resource!

I'm in the western side of the Charlotte, NC region and would welcome any advice/comments, particularly from anyone familiar with this area.

hello and congratulations on passing the broker exam. I am in dire need in knowing how to enter into the world of real estate. I have passed the test and that was an exhilerating feeling. Now it has passed away and I am baffled because I work for the phone company 7:30-4:30 and I really want to sell real estate full time but I know it will take time. Does anyone have any good advice on what approach I should use to really get involved in this business. I am in dire need for some feed back. I am not connected with a broker yet. I am still interviewing to make sure choose the right company. Training is my utmost importance. Thanks so much in advance!!!
