Good evening all,

I am looking to get into Real Estate in the Central Florda area this year. I currently work full-time and want to try RE out on a part time basis for now being that the market in Central Florida is pretty slow I am told. I know I have to take and pass the State Exam, but I am a little fuszzy on what other requirements I need to meet in order to be an agent. Also can anyone recommend a school in Florida or an online course for Florida.

It's not that slow here in CFL.
To get licensed all you need to do is take the class then pass the state test. IFREC is a good school.
As far as finding a good mentor, your going to have to call around, see who you think is best suited to teach you the ins and the outs.
In any event, keep me in mind when you need your future clients pre-qualed!
