Hi all! I am a soon to be agent in Lake City, FL (32025) I have read references to how a certain area is a class b area, etc.

My question is where do I look to see the local averages for my area, Columbia County, FL? I am interested in seeing the market, like average home cost, amount of sales, amount of incoming people, etc. I am sure you all know what I am asking... I just cant seem to find anything. Just the 'norms' for the area.

the closest thing I have found is a 4 year old city site on city data (crime, home cost, employment rate etc) but it is older, and does not show the average amount of people that are relocating, etc.
