Hello,

My wife is interested in a career in real estate and has been researching online, but she is also looking for some good book on the subject. However most books we have found seen to be aimed at newcomers who have already passed the exam.

Also if anyone knows of any books or websites that define real estate terminology that would be appreciated also.

Just go to Amazon.com and search around for real estate books. Read the descriptions and if it sounds like something she would benefit from, buy it.

The Language of Real Estate is what I got when I signed up for school. Pretty dry reading, but excellent information when you need it...

I've starting buying audio books on real estate and enjoy it. Just popping in a cd in the car makes it so easy. I was a little disappointed at first because I kept getting books that were trying to convince me to go into real esate. They were pretty much a waste of money because that decision had already been made.
